Although I really enjoyed this chapter, I must warn you that there are some services that will require a small payment. Although the services were extremely useful, I paid $30.67 for them. Every one of them had a "free trial" edition that I used to see how they worked. Most of your preliminary work will be done here, which is why all my expenses have come from here.

Website Design (Chapter 3)

Choose a website builder, locate a designer, and learn about "turnkey websites" (premade websites that are ready to make a profit) in this chapter. The blog section was the only part of this section that I liked. If you're going to make a blog, I highly recommend WordPress; however, I found instructions on how to do it at http://blogger.com. There is no better blogging platform on the Internet than this one. Even the free version is great. At some point, you'll need to secure hosting for your website. I recommend http://1and1.com for when you're ready to make that move. Their most affordable plan is what I intend to upgrade to. Everything you need to launch a mini-site is included, and it only costs $2.99/month.

Building Your Online Presence—Chapter 4: Content Is King

This chapter is absolutely fantastic. You can see which programme contributed the final $30.67 to my total. Yes, it is a cash goldmine, as she says. Using this tool, you can identify "key phrases" that have a high search volume on the main search engines but little competition. More than that, you learn free strategies to boost your site's visibility in search engines and attract more visitors without spending a dime. Both of these things are effective and cost nothing. They don't entail annoying pop-ups with irrelevant offers or spam. Just a heads up: talented authors are going to adore this!

How to use AdSense and similar programmes to drive traffic to your site is explained in this chapter. You can make a lot of money with AdSense. And you can acquire the tools in addition to hosting your site!

The dropshipper will send the product to the customer as though it were your own.as stated in an electronic book. I have some background in this since I gave eBay a go. My understanding is that the majority of PowerSellers and eBay users have a low opinion of dropshippers. I would suggest doing more research on the subject before giving it a go.

Chapter 13: Secrets to Successful eBay Ads

Holly demonstrates some excellent strategies she employs on eBay to increase traffic. As an eBay seller, I found this part useful because it was easy to implement. But hear me out: launching an eBay business takes a lot of time! Before you launch an eBay business, take your time constraints into account. There are other books on the subject of selling on eBay; this is not one of them.

With any luck, this serves as a solid introduction to Holly Mann's ebook. After putting in the time and effort, your online business can bring in a substantial income.
